We want you to love your order so much that you never need to return it. But if something went wrong and you do need to exchange a product, here’s how our return policy works.
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products (such as eBooks, downloads, or digital comic books) are final. Because these products are delivered electronically, we do not offer returns, or exchanges on digital items once they are purchased.
2. Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or defective physical item, we’re happy to help. You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The product arrived damaged.

The item is defective or misprinted.

Description of the issue.

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
We will do everything we can to resolve the issue and get a replacement to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Here are the items which are not eligible for return or exchange:
